Frankie Terzoli

CEO

Frank Terzoli is a successful chef, entrepreneur, and expert in the seafood industry. He gained fame through various TV shows including Top Chef, Cutthroat Kitchen, and Beat Bobby Flay. However, his career started at the age of 10, working as a sous chef at a San Diego Italian restaurant. Terzoli immersed himself in learning every aspect of the seafood industry and has owned and worked for seafood companies worldwide. He created a global seafood traceability system for IBM in 2012, and in 2019, he worked with the World Wildlife Fund as a Senior Program Officer on Seafood Traceability. Terzoli's passion and dedication are driving forces behind his successful career.

Alicia Dolese

Marketing

Alicia Dolese brings powerful creativity to the team. She holds a sciences degree which she has utilized in the field of commercial design. Her experiences in restaurants over the course of a decade, managerial and elsewhere, have allotted her with a unique understanding and efficiency in regard to handling all aspects of hospitality and customer service. In her personal life, Alicia has been endued with a passion for the environment which has led her to our team. With studies in school focusing on sustainable architecture and building practices being her first realization for the dire need of a global solution, she has since dedicated much of her time to being a part of a problem-solving community. Her fluid past, with much expertise in a variety of areas, has made her an integral member of Earth Responsibility Score. She now works in Business Development and Management at ERS.
